Cugnana Italy

Cugnana is located in Olbia, in the north-eastern part of Sardinia, in the historical and geographical region of Gallura. The gulf is located in the immediate vicinity of Porto Rotondo and Portisco, and at the foot of Cugnana, a granite massif that reaches 650 meters. It is a real natural harbor protected from the strong winds that characterize the area. Recently a marina was built (Marina di Cugnana) not protected by "arms" for mooring boats. La Cugnana, due to its particular nature, represents the safest bay in the maritime area that goes from Golfo Aranci to Poltu Quatu. The only problems for sailors, the low depth and the presence of a "peschiera" in concession to private individuals.
