La Digue Seychelles

The island of La Digue is the fourth largest of the Seychelles, of which are inhabited. Its surface is about 10 km2. It's situated to the East of Praslin and West of Felicite Island. It has a population of roughly 2,000 people, primarily living in the villages on the West Coast. The main economic activity on the island is tourism, with a focus solely on sun and beach tourism as its beaches attract all sorts of tourists looking to escape stress. However, tourists can also learn more about the island in its museum, which shows that in the past, copra and vanilla production were the main local economic activities.
